Dustin D. Melancen is a seasoned professional in heavy civil construction with nearly two decades of experience in the Chicago-Rockford, IL region. Since he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in 2007, he has contributed to projects ranging from $5,000 to $100 million, showcasing expertise in bridge construction and demolition, structural retaining walls, soil retention, structural concrete, equipment and machine bases, noise walls, drilled shafts, pile driving, concrete paving, underground utilities, and industrial commercial construction.
Dustin holds a State of Illinois Plumbing License and is a skilled Local 150 Operator by trade. He has consistently demonstrated leadership in project management and estimating, ensuring the successful delivery of complex and large-scale construction endeavors. His hands-on experience and technical knowledge make him a valuable asset to the construction industry.

Dave Zimmerman is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in the Commercial and Industrial Contracting sectors. Since beginning his career in 1997, Dave has gained extensive expertise working on a variety of projects, including those for the Illinois Department of Transportation. A proud graduate of Iowa State University, Dave combines academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver exceptional results.
In the early 2000s, Dave’s career shifted toward General Contracting, where he developed a specialized focus on healthcare, industrial, and food manufacturing projects. With a strong emphasis on design-build delivery methods, Dave has built lasting partnerships with local engineers and architects to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
